- What is your minimum stay? – 3 nights – but contact the host to discuss if shorter periods are available.
- Are the properties licensed and insured? – Yes – both properties are fully licensed and insured.
- Are the properties suitable for children – The Apartment has a stair gate – contact the host if you require additional facilities. e.g. cot
- Can I bring my dog? – Sorry both properties are not really suitable for pets.
- Are towels and bedding provided? – Yes both properties have all linen provided.
- Where can I park my car? – Parking is free in Ballater, which sometimes makes it difficult to park right outside the properties. Parking outside the properties is easier in the evening, when day visitors have left. There is a free car park available by the green with no time restrictions.
- Can I store my sports equipment in the properties? – Middle Cottage has a shared courtyard – so bikes would be left there at their owners risk. Golf clubs can be stored in both properties.
